I'm Elizabeth and I provide holistic diet and lifestyle counseling to address weight issues and optimize gut health.

I help individuals improve their metabolism and digestion so they can feel lighter in their bodies and live a more fulfilling, energy-filled life.

Uncovering Root Causes for Real Results

A Holistic Approach to Weight Management

Weight alone doesn’t define health - it’s just one expression of how your body is adapting to your life circumstances. I help clients look beyond the scale by addressing nutrition, emotional wellbeing (via stress management, sleep, movement), and functional testing to uncover hidden imbalances of the body (often connected to gut health!). By the end of our work together, my goal is for you to feel more attuned to your body’s physical and emotional needs, with weight and health becoming a natural reflection of that alignment.

Finding Compassion and Clarity

It’s not enough to have lab results and a diet plan. You need continual support to integrate behavioral changes into real life. What keeps most people stuck are their negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, and stress patterns that diet and exercise alone can’t fix. My compassionate coaching style helps you understand your emotions, reduce self-judgment, and build sustainable habits by addressing the stress response that so often drives both weight and gut health struggles.
