Weight alone doesn’t define health - it’s just one expression of how your body is adapting to your life circumstances. I help clients look beyond the scale by addressing nutrition, emotional wellbeing (via stress management, sleep, movement), and functional testing to uncover hidden imbalances of the body (often connected to gut health!).
