Schedule virtual resilience strategy session
Click on the “book a resilience strategy session” button below and choose a date and time to meet for a complementary session (30 minutes).
Step 2
Complete your application
Before confirming your session, you will be asked to complete an application form so I can get to know you better. This may take 5-10 minutes to complete.
Step 3
Attend resilience strategy session
During your resilience strategy session, I will learn about your health goals and challenges, and you will learn about my signature ALIGN approach to improving your gut health and resiliency. By the end of this session, you will know if we are a good match to work with each other.
For patients living in California,
you need a referral from a health care provider (ex MD, DO, NP, psychiatrist) to work with a Registered Dietitian. It's easy - once you've decided to work with me after your resiliency strategy session, have your health care provider fill out this referral form and return it back to me so we can get started ASAP!
