Personalized support that meets you where you are.
Whether you're looking for expert nutrition guidance or compassionate health coaching and accountability, we'll work together to create a truly personalized plan, informed by your biometrics and labwork, that supports your gut health, stress resilience, and long-term wellbeing. Choose the level of support that's right for you.
For patients living in California (not needed for Georgia and Florida), you need a referral from a health care provider (ex MD, DO, NP, psychiatrist) to work with a Registered Dietitian. It's easy - once you've decided to work with me, have your health care provider fill out this referral form and return it back to me so we can get started ASAP!

No, I do not accept insurance directly. However, depending on your plan, you may still be able to receive partial reimbursement for my services.
Superbill: I can provide you with a superbill, which is an itemized receipt of services that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. As a Registered Dietitian, I am considered an out-of-network provider, meaning your insurance company may reimburse a portion of the cost depending on your out-of-network benefits. Please let me know if you need this before working with me.
PPO vs. HMO: If you have a PPO plan, you are more likely to have out-of-network benefits that may apply to nutrition services. HMO plans typically do not cover out-of-network providers. If you are unsure what type of plan you have or whether nutrition services are covered, I recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card to ask.
FSA/HSA: Working with a Registered Dietitian is FSA and HSA eligible if you are seeking nutrition support for a specific medical condition such as obesity, prediabetes, or IBS. I recommend confirming eligibility with your FSA or HSA provider before your first appointment.
I am only able to provide medical nutrition therapy to those living in California, Georgia, and Florida at this time. This involves providing tailored diet and nutrition supplement recommendations based on specific health conditions, and ordering and reviewing of lab work. If you live in a different state or out of the country and still want to work together to building foundational healthy practices around food habits, physical activity, stress management, and sleep, then please contact me directly via website.
